Are the chains durable?
The chains are dainty and minimalist, designed for everyday wear. They are strong but can stillbreak or stretchwith life’s movement or accidental damage.
How "permanent" is the jewelry?
It is permanent in the sense that it is custom-welded without a clasp and can only be removed bycutting the chain.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed. Walk-ins are welcome during store hours.
How long until my online order is ready?
Your order will be ready for pickup within2 hoursof being placed.Wait for the "Your order is ready for pick up" notificationbefore coming to the store. Please bring avalid photo IDwhen picking up your order.
How long will you hold my order?
We will hold your order for7 daysfrom the time it is ready.If you miss the 7-day window, The order will be canceled, and you will receive a store credit via email for the full amount. This credit can be used anytime, online or in-store.
What should I do if my chain comes off?
Store the chain in a safe placeand bring it back to us during business hours for assessment and reattachment. If your chain comes off due to afaulty weld within 7 daysof your appointment, we willreattach it for FREE.You must bring the original chain and have an account with us.
Is there a fee to reattach my chain later?
Yes, a $10 Reattachment Feeapplies if: 1) The chain came off due to customer choice, damage, or wear; OR 2) It's beenover 7 dayssince your original appointment. Youmust have an active customer accountto qualify for any repair services, reattachments, or trade-in discounts.
Are you responsible if I lose my chain?
No, we are not responsible for lost chains.You must have the original chain for any repair or discount.
What if my chain is damaged beyond repair?
We offer a Trade-In Option. You can exchange your damaged chain for adiscounton a replacement chain.The damaged chain must be present and linked to your customer account.
Who determines if the damage is covered by warranty?
Our jewelers will assess all damage. Warranty coverage is at our discretion.
Can I get a refund or return the jewelry?
No, all bracelets and anklets are considered final sale—there are no refunds or returns.
